Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 cup good quality feta cheese
  • 1/2 tbsp butter
  • pinch of pepper

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs with feta cheese and a pinch of pepper.
  • Heat up a non-stick skillet on a medium-high heat and melt the butter. Pour in the eggs cook, stirring continuously until well done.
  • You may garnish it with some fresh tomato, avocado, roasted pepper or with a little extra feta and fresh thyme leaves. Enjoy!
